Steps to make 蜜豆抹茶软曲奇

  • 1.将黄油切小粒室温下软化。
  • 2.加入绵白糖打至体积稍变大。
  • 3.倒入朗姆酒继续打至黄油发白。
  • 4.将蜂蜜、水与抹茶粉搅匀,分次加入抹茶蜜水。
  • 5.低筋面粉、泡打粉混合,筛入面盆中切拌均匀。
  • 6.加入适量的蜜红豆搅拌均匀。
  • 7.将面糊装入裱花袋挤在烤盘上。
  • 8.用沾水的勺子依次按扁整形。
  • 9.烤箱预热180度,上下火、中层烤制约12分钟即可。
