  • 1.主要材料。
  • 2.莲藕,山药,胡萝卜去皮切块。
  • 3.冬菇陈皮泡软。
  • 4.用小刀刮去陈皮内的白膜。
  • 5.冬菇切开。
  • 6.薏米泡洗干净。
  • 7.猪扇骨飞水,洗净浮沫。
  • 8.自制的蜜枣。
  • 9.把所有材料放入电压力锅,倒入适量的水,按煲汤键开煮。
  • 10.汤好后撇去肥油。(可放盐调味,我家习惯不放盐。)
  • 11.清润去湿,增强免疫力。
