红豆大面包
被我家当早餐吃的大面包,试了打蛋器和面的方法,没有面包机的亲们可以试试哦

  • 低粉30g
  • 白糖20g
  • 酵母粉2g
  • 奶粉6g
  • 全蛋液15g
  • 1g
  • 80g
  • 黄油15g

Steps to make 红豆大面包

  • 1.所有材料除黄油外,放入和面桶
  • 2.用筷子搅拌成絮状
  • 3.用手整成团
  • 4.打蛋器装上和面棒,插入面团中
  • 5.启动1档进行和面,启动2分钟左右就休息一下30秒机器,怕它损坏。
  • 6.连休息在内,和面用时15分钟后,加入软化的黄油
  • 7.继续和面
  • 8.检查一下,到扩展阶段就可以了(我个人还是喜欢面包机的和面,掉进去就可以了)
  • 9.取出面团,进行发酵2倍大
  • 10.取出发酵好的面团,在案板上揉去空气,分2份,盖上保鲜膜松弛15分钟
  • 11.擀开,包入了我喜欢的豆沙,进行整形
  • 12.捏紧收口,收口朝下摆放
  • 13.放入烤盘,进行2发(我的是做好后,要去上班,所以放冰箱低温发酵,下班后拿出来发到2倍大再烤)
  • 14.烤箱预热.180度
  • 15.面包表面刷上蛋液,用刀割出纹路,筛一层高粉
  • 16.放入预热好的烤箱,中层,180度,25分钟要注意观察,上色后可盖锡纸(这是烤到20分钟的面包)
  • 17.出炉冷却再食用吧
