Steps to make 牛油果甜菜根寿司

  • 1.熟米饭+甜菜根泥+寿司醋搅拌均匀。>>甜菜根泥的做法:甜菜根蒸15分钟,加点水打成泥。在甜菜根饭团视频中有出现。
  • 2.虾去虾线虾壳,一片柠檬挤汁腌制片刻去腥,入锅中煮熟。
  • 3.海鲜菇入锅煮2分钟,豆腐皮焯烫一下。
  • 4.牛油果切片。
  • 5.竹帘上放海苔一片,铺上一层甜菜根饭,再摆上鲜虾、牛油果、海鲜菇、豆腐皮。
  • 6.将他们卷起来,料比较足,先卷一圈,最后看右手拉前方竹帘,两只手配合,可以将寿司拉圆拉紧。这个手法和卷蛋糕卷的手法一样的。
  • 7.将刀蘸水切寿司,每切一刀都需要蘸水。锯齿刀、普通刀都可以。
