法国著名小茶点——费南雪
费南雪是非常经典的一款法国小茶点被它的名字和寓意所吸引,一直想尝试做,终于实行了,非常有意思的是黄油要融化到成焦黄色,比起其他的点心有些不同,形状类似于黄金条,虽然这次没有专门模具去做,但味道,口感还是一样的好哦

Steps to make 法国著名小茶点——费南雪

  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.黄油放电磁炉加热至融化后,再煮至焦黄色
  • 3.面粉和杏仁粉混合过筛备用
  • 4.蛋白,白糖,蜂蜜放入碗中,搅拌均匀即可,不需要搅拌太久
  • 5.将过筛好的低筋面粉、杏仁粉加入,搅拌均匀
  • 6.再加入黄油搅拌均匀即可
  • 7.把拌好的面糊倒入模具中(由于没有专用模具,就用这个来凑合着)
  • 8.放入预热好的烤箱烘烤,上火180度,下火130度,烤20分钟即可
  • 9.由于没有专门做费南雪的工具,形状有点不适很好看,但味道是不变的哦
