  • 1.备好食材:大米我是洗好提前放冷冻(这样便于快速煮成软绵的粥)。
  • 2.先处理虾,将虾皮放入锅加少许油煸炒出虾油,很香的,然后加水煮10分钟。
  • 3.分别将大米,小米放入虾汤中煮成粥。
  • 4.处理好蟹棒(部分带壳部分取肉,这样粥更鲜美)和虾(去掉虾肠开背)切点葱花,姜丝。
  • 5.这是煮了十分钟的粥已粘稠了差不多了。
  • 6.先将蟹棒放入粥中,放姜丝,胡椒粉,米酒煮3分鐘。
  • 7.然后再放大虾煮一分钟。
  • 8.调盐,油,很鲜美的海鲜粥。
  • 9.最后撒下葱花就完成了。
