Steps to make 盐焗鳌虾

  • 1.冷冻的鳌虾室温解冻,冲洗干净;
  • 2.铁锅热一下,放入一包海盐和些许葱根小火炒1分钟左右,炒制葱出香味;
  • 3.把海鳌虾码在炒热的海盐上面,平铺哦不要叠加。盖锅小火焖烧一会;
  • 4.这个时候准备配料,葱姜切段,花椒一把;
  • 5.再把这些配料均匀的放在虾上,淋上一大勺料酒,再加盖小火焖3-5左右分钟即可。
