Steps to make 奥利奥司康

  • 1.称取500g低筋粉、70g白糖、3.5g盐、20g泡打粉,拌匀。
  • 2.黄油提前从冷藏拿出来,室温软化。称取150g黄油。
  • 3.黄油倒入粉中,捏软成絮状。
  • 4.两个洋鸡蛋打撒。
  • 5.留一点蛋液刷表面用。其余全部倒入粉中,拌匀。
  • 6.称取110g常温牛奶,分几次倒入粉中,拌匀。
  • 7.揉成面团后,秤入50g奥利奥碎。
  • 8.揉匀后,切成几块,叠加在一起,按扁。
  • 9.将面团分成24个。
  • 10.用手掌把小面团中间按平一些。
  • 11.刷上留好的蛋液。
  • 12.同时,烤箱提前加热到180度(10分钟)。
  • 13.放入烤盘,180度烤30分钟。
