Steps to make 红烧牛腩

  • 1.备好食材:牛腩清洗干净,切成块状,姜片备用。
  • 2.陈皮,香叶,八角清洗一下备用。
  • 3.锅内加水,放入牛腩,姜片,黄酒焯水煮两分钟。
  • 4.焯好的牛腩备好。
  • 5.热锅冷油,下入姜片煸香。
  • 6.倒入焯好的牛腩翻炒一分钟,加入适量黄酒炒匀。
  • 7.胡萝卜洗净切成滚刀块。
  • 8.腐竹提前泡发好备用。
  • 9.放入胡萝卜翻炒均匀,加入适量生抽炒匀。
  • 10.加入适量热水,陈皮,香叶,八角放入,淋入适量老抽大火烧开转中火炖煮廿分钟。
  • 11.炖煮至牛腩快酥烂时,加入适量盐。
  • 12.放入泡发好的腐竹大火烧十分钟,调入适量蚝油即可。
