  • 1.准备好杏子,洗干净待用
  • 2.第一步:先剃掉杏核
  • 3.第二步:切成小块状后放白砂糖沙10分钟
  • 4.放在锅里,如果杏子太多先开中火熬出水,再转小火
  • 5.小火熬制时要不断搅拌,三十分钟后变得粘稠
  • 6.35分钟后关火,到这个状态
  • 7.最后先让熟了的杏子酱在锅里晾凉,然后装瓶,放在冰箱里味道会更佳,之后随时取用即可。
