  • 1.准备食材
  • 2.面团部分,酵母加入面粉中搅拌均匀
  • 3.倒入清水

  • 6.把鸡蛋加1克盐打散

  • 9.把蛋饼倒扣在盘中待用。
  • 10.醒发好的面团是原来的2倍大左右,手指戳个洞不回缩即可。
  • 11.把面团揉搓排出空气。
  • 12.把面团擀成厚度为1mm左右的薄饼。均匀撒1克盐,均匀刷一层玉米油。
  • 13.卷起
  • 14.再次卷起
  • 15.擀成同平底锅差不多大小的饼
  • 16.放入平底锅开小火
  • 17.烙至金黄后翻面,烙至两面金黄即可
  • 18.在饼面刷一层番茄酱
  • 19.放入龙虾蛋饼
  • 20.关火出锅即可
