Steps to make 番茄炒花菜

  • 1.花菜切小,清洗干净。
  • 2.番茄一个切成小块。
  • 3.姜切末,蒜切末,番茄酱一勺备用。
  • 4.锅里烧开水加几滴油和少许盐,放入花菜焯水20秒。
  • 5.焯过水的花菜冲两遍清水,沥干水份。
  • 6.锅加底油,下姜蒜炒香。
  • 7.加入番茄炒软,再加入一勺番茄酱。
  • 8.放入花菜大火翻炒几下。
  • 9.调入盐和鸡精炒入味。
  • 10.成品图。
