    Steps to make 红烧划水

    • 1.草鱼鱼尾洗好。
    • 2.切成如图的样子。
    • 3.把鱼的两边抹些生粉。
    • 4.配菜切好:五花肉,香菇,冬笋。
    • 5.下油锅煎鱼。
    • 6.煎好出锅备用。
    • 7.炒五花肉。
    • 8.五花肉炒出油后,加葱姜蒜、花椒,炒出香味儿,加冬笋香菇炒。
    • 9.冲入热水,加盐。
    • 10.把鱼尾入锅,炖入味即可。
