Steps to make 草莓藏心

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.先用冰水泡吉利丁片,泡软后加入牛奶隔水加热拌匀至无颗粒。
  • 3.再加入草莓果酱搅拌均匀,冷却至25℃左右。
  • 4.最后加入淡奶油(打发至五成)搅拌即可,慕斯浆就完成了。
  • 5.将草莓切半,围模具装饰一圈。
  • 6.底层铺上一层蛋糕胚,挤入草莓慕斯浆。
  • 7.重复步骤6操作,并抹平。
  • 8.开始制作淋面,首先用冰水泡吉利丁片,泡软后加入纯净水,隔水加热搅拌匀至无颗粒。
  • 9.加入草莓果酱拌匀即可。
  • 10.将淋面均匀淋上,放入冷冻即可。
  • 11.将冻好的慕斯脱模。
  • 12.最后装饰即可。
