Steps to make 腌黄瓜

  • 1.黄瓜、青红椒洗净备用。
  • 2.把黄瓜切成条放入盐腌制。
  • 3.用手抓匀腌30分钟,中间翻动2次。
  • 4.青红椒去籽去蒂后切条。
  • 5.碗中放入生抽2大勺、老抽1大勺、陈醋2大勺、白酒少许备用。
  • 6.锅烧热放入油,接着放入花椒、八角、姜丝、干辣椒,小火慢慢爆香。
  • 7.把小碗中的调味汁,倒入锅里烹一下,然后关火晾凉。
  • 8.腌制过的黄瓜,用手挤出水分。
  • 9.放入青红椒条。
  • 10.放入白糖、味精,倒入炒好的料汁。
  • 11.把所有材料拌匀,放入冰箱冷藏1-2小时即可食用。
