Steps to make 维尼冰皮月饼

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.牛奶,糖粉,玉米油放入盆中混合均匀。
  • 3.筛入糯米粉,粘米粉,澄粉。搅拌均匀。
  • 4.盖上保鲜膜静置20分钟。
  • 5.上锅蒸20-25分钟,盆底面积大一点,容器不要太小,面糊太厚不好蒸透。
  • 6.蒸好用筷子戳开看一下熟透了没。
  • 7.出炉用刮刀团成团,放至温热用手揉1分钟(盖上保鲜膜,避免吹干)。
  • 8.取适量的冰皮,加入可可粉(色粉/色素/果蔬粉都可以)。
  • 9.调好自己需要的颜色。盖上保鲜膜。避免吹干。
  • 10.取20克冰皮,30克蛋黄馅。
  • 11.包好,收好口。搓成圆形。
  • 12.另取,耳朵每个1克,手每个0.5克,搓成球放在上面就可以了。
  • 13.五官用可可颜色的冰皮做好了粘在上面就OK了。
