四季豆回锅肉

Steps to make 四季豆回锅肉

  • 1.五花肉热水下锅,加入几片姜、花椒粒和料酒,大火煮开, 转为小火;
  • 2.将五花肉煮至八、九层熟, 用筷子很容易扎下去就可以捞出放凉;
  • 3.放凉的五花肉切成薄片备用;
  • 4.烧锅开水, 放入适量的盐和几滴油, 下入四季豆煮一下, 煮至七、八分熟;
  • 5.准备好其它原材料;
  • 6.热锅凉油, 下入豆瓣酱煸炒;
  • 7.煸炒出红油后下入红辣椒和蒜瓣一起翻炒;
  • 8.翻炒出香味后下入五花肉片;
  • 9.继续翻炒直至五花肉微微发焦;
  • 10.下入刚煮过的四季豆, 继续翻炒;
  • 11.再加入少量的白糖和盐翻炒均匀;
  • 12.盛入盘中。
