蛋白椰蓉酥
之前做椰蓉酥,用了一个蛋黄,多出的蛋白没有什么要做的,正好椰蓉还剩了些,所以就用这个多出来的蛋白又折腾了一次~这下蛋白蛋黄就都用掉啦~~~

材料:
椰蓉30g,奶粉15g,低筋面粉20g,蛋白1个(约30g),细砂糖30g

Steps to make 蛋白椰蓉酥

  • 1.将低粉、奶粉和椰蓉一起放入小盆中
  • 2.搅拌均匀,备用
  • 3.蛋白中加入细砂糖
  • 4.手动搅拌均匀(不需打发)
  • 5.倒入之前混匀的粉类
  • 6.搅拌均匀
  • 7.取一小块面团搓圆
  • 8.依次摆放入烤盘中
  • 9.送入预热好的烤箱,170度约25分钟
  • 10.出炉晾凉后密封保存即可
