淡淡玫瑰糖香的云腿月饼,别有一番风味哟~

  • 蜂蜜50g
  • 拌肉用面粉100g

  • 1.肥瘦分明的云腿
  • 2.云腿肥瘦分别切丁备用
  • 3.肥肉拌入白糖抓匀
  • 4.瘦肉加入白酒和蜂蜜拌均匀
  • 5.封好保鲜膜放进冰箱腌制一晚上
  • 6.糖浆、植物油、枧水混合搅拌均匀
  • 7.筛入面粉
  • 8.搅拌成团
  • 9.光滑的面团盖上保鲜膜静置2小时
  • 10.烤盘铺上面粉如烤箱烤至微黄备用拌肉
  • 11.玫瑰糖酱
  • 12.腌制好的肥肉和瘦肉拌均匀,加入玫瑰糖酱拌匀
  • 13.筛入烤熟的面粉,少少加入,以肉馅呈现颗粒状,且可以搓揉成团为好。
  • 14.面团分为20个一个,肉馅分为30个一个
  • 15.面团擀皮,包好肉馅,搓圆
  • 16.用模具
  • 17.按压成型
  • 18.烤箱250度预热。月饼喷水进烤箱烤5分钟定型,然后拿出刷蛋液,再入烤箱改为200度烤15分钟。(根据自己家的烤箱调整温度哦,请坐守旁边盯着别烤糊了)烤至花纹变成焦黄色即可。
  • 19.两种颜色,区别就是多3分钟和少3分钟。
