椰蓉千层糕
自从做了椰蓉糯米糍后,椰蓉的香味一直萦绕在味蕾里,今天做了这个千层糕,特别喜欢这椰蓉的味道,椰蓉面包也在准备中,已经用中种法发了面,好好过把椰蓉瘾。

  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 酵母粉3克
  • 130克
  • 椰蓉40克
  • 枸杞少许
  • 白糖30克
  • 植物油30克

Steps to make 椰蓉千层糕

  • 1.椰蓉馅原料:椰蓉40克、植物油30克、鸡蛋一个、白糖30克.
  • 2.将椰蓉馅所有原料倒入容器中,混合均匀搅拌
  • 3.面团原料: 面粉250克、酵母3克、温水130克和成面团,放温暖处发酵
  • 4.面团发酵至2倍大,将面团擀成长方形,面片分成8份
  • 5.一块放在最下面抹椰蓉,依次放上面片一层层摞起
  • 6.全部放好后,最后一片放少许枸杞做装饰,放上有油纸的蒸笼里,再次醒发30分钟,
  • 7.然后用中火蒸30分钟,关火3分钟后开盖
