  • 1.洗净用厨房纸吸干水分。
  • 2.去虾线。
  • 3.用刀背拍一下再剁成虾泥。
  • 4.加一勺盐
  • 5.加白胡椒粉适量。
  • 6.加些柠檬汁。
  • 7.加入蛋清两个,生粉两大勺,一个方向搅拌。
  • 8.最后加葱花,拌匀。
  • 9.锅里刷油,中小火下虾饼,形状可以找好看些的模具,煎至两面金黄就可以了,配个喜欢的酱汁就可以开动了。
