双色芝麻薄脆
这款饼干香脆又健康,而且制作过程也相当的简单,边做边被仔仔消灭呀,说是越吃越好吃,大晚上的,我尝了一块后也没能忍住,继续干掉了好几块。。。
这款饼干无需打发,一次做多的面糊,可以暂时存放在冰箱里,想吃的时候再烘烤,非常方便。

  • 黄油30克
  • 白芝麻40克
  • 玉米淀粉8克

Steps to make 双色芝麻薄脆

  • 1.所有的食材准备好
  • 2.蛋白加入糖粉,用打蛋器搅打均匀
  • 3.加入过筛的低粉及玉米淀粉。用打蛋器搅拌均匀
  • 4.加入黑白芝麻,用打蛋器轻轻搅拌成浓稠的面糊
  • 5.在烤盘上平铺上油纸,用勺子挖少许的面糊平铺在烤盘上,中间留出较大的空隙
  • 6.烤箱预热,把饼干面糊放进去,160度烤12分钟至表面上色即可
  • 7.冷却后及时用密封袋装好防止回潮
