清甜味儿来自玫瑰红糖皂角米
这款甜品在我们家时常做,大人小朋友都喜欢,哪怕不爱甜食的老公也喜欢。红糖淡淡的清甜味搭配厚重的汁是再好不过的。

Steps to make 清甜味儿来自玫瑰红糖皂角米

  • 1.皂角米不用太多,提前一个晚上浸泡,至少8小时。皂角米分单荚和双荚。这次做的是双荚,后来图片上一大包的是单荚。不管是红糖,还是皂角米,我都建议购买优质的。正宗的古方红糖是淡淡的甜味,不会太甜。也会让一锅甜品增味不少。我以前也用过超市的普通红糖,做出来口感差一些,颜色也太深。
  • 2.皂角米泡开之后,多洗两遍,不用担心粘粘的胶原物质流失,煮了之后还是有很多胶原。洗干净之后,加适量水,开始煮
  • 3.煮二十来分钟,有点粘稠,加一块小块古方红糖,红糖不要放太多。一小块即可,放多反而不好吃。让汤汁有淡淡的棕色即可。再加几片玫瑰花瓣增香,不喜欢可不加。这次我没加银耳,因为家里没货了。
  • 4.再煮个一两分钟,关火,加一两粒小冰糖。
