【酒渍话梅饼干】有风格的熟悉味儿
前两周做了一次话梅肉,买了一大盒话梅,剩下的一直在闲置,无地儿处理。突发其想把它们纳入饼干中或许是个很好的创意。按照我的习惯,油是一定要少的。话梅用酒渍了约30分钟,激发了话梅的味道,加入饼干,变得很有风格。掺入儿时味道的饼干,总带有那么一丝情感可以抚平所有的抑郁,躁动,等等。话梅味儿前,也伺机好好忆一番。

  • 低筋面粉100g
  • 糖粉35g
  • 话梅18颗
  • 鸡蛋液50g
  • 黄油20g
  • 泡打粉1g

Steps to make 【酒渍话梅饼干】有风格的熟悉味儿

  • 1.话梅撕开外皮,去除核,皮肉部分切成小丁,倒入少许朗姆酒浸泡30分钟左右;
  • 2.备好其他所需食材;
  • 3.黄油软化后,加入糖粉用手动打蛋器搅打至混合均匀;
  • 4.加入鸡蛋液搅打至全部融合;
  • 5.泡好的话梅,捞出,加入到混合液中,拌匀;
  • 6.筛入低筋面粉和泡打粉,用刮刀拌合成面糊;
  • 7.面糊装入裱花袋中,裱花袋剪一个合适的小孔,面糊挤在烤盘上,呈圆圈状;
  • 8.烤箱预热,温度175度,时间12分钟,放入烤盘即可。
