  • 红薯粉条500g
  • 红薯淀粉80g
  • 普通面粉30g
  • 5g
  • 姜末10g
  • 花椒粉2g
  • 味精2g
  • 葱油2勺

Steps to make 红薯粉条丸子

  • 1.将粉条泡软稍煮。
  • 2.剁碎放入盆中,放入姜末、盐、花椒粉。
  • 3.再放入红薯淀粉、面粉、骨汤、味精、葱油,搅打上劲。
  • 4.炒锅加油烧热,油温高一点,挤入丸子。
  • 5.待丸子定型后改中火,炸至外焦里嫩。
  • 6.捞出控油。
  • 7.成品。
