  • 清水800ml
  • 黑糯米100g

Steps to make 芒果椰浆黑糯米

  • 1.黑糯米洗净,用大约200ml清水浸泡3小时以上(有时间就多泡一会儿);
  • 2.芒果去皮去核,切成丁备用;
  • 3.芒果核也不要浪费,加清水600ml,大火煮开约2、3分钟;
  • 4.捞出芒果核不要,下入黑糯米和泡黑糯米的水,大火煮开后转中小火,煮大约30到40分钟;
  • 5.待糯米煮至熟软,加入适量冰糖,煮至冰糖融化;
  • 6.加入椰浆,搅拌均匀,关火即可。
  • 7. 等黑糯米冷却至室温后,将黑糯米盛入杯中,加入芒果果粒,即可享用。
