杏仁有祛痰止咳,平喘润肠作用。
川贝功效:清热润肺,化痰止咳。
杏仁川贝猪肺汤有滋阴润肺,止咳化痰,对支气管炎.肺气肿.肺心病.有食效作用,特别适合干燥天气饮用。

  • 带气管猪肺1个
  • 瘦肉250克
  • 川贝10克
  • 南杏仁15克
  • 蜜枣15克

Steps to make 润燥益气—川贝杏仁猪肺汤

  • 1.把猪肺、瘦肉准备好。
  • 2.川贝、南、北杏仁、蜜枣、姜准备好。
  • 3.瘦肉洗净切成小块。
  • 4.杏仁去掉外衣,姜去皮,并用刀背轻轻拍一下,川贝、蜜枣洗干净。
  • 5.将猪肺的气管套在水龙头上,用水慢慢灌至膨胀,直至猪肺变白为止。
  • 6.将洗好的猪肺切成大块,并飞水。
  • 7.取出,用冷水把污血冲洗干净。
  • 8.锅中注入适量清水,加入所以材料,大火煮开转中小火继续煮15分钟。
  • 9.消气后即可喝汤。
  • 10.润肺,抗燥,特适合干燥的冬天。
