黄豆卤牛肉
平时经常用豆浆机打豆浆,所以家里黄豆是常年不断;加上过年时亲戚知道我们常做豆浆又送给了一大包;想着天气太暖豆子易生虫,又担心做豆浆消化太慢;那天正好在超市买了一大块牛键子肉挺不错的,就盘算着炖牛肉时加些黄豆,用电压力锅一起卤,不仅省事快捷,而且易烂入味又好吃;事实不出咱所料啊,看着儿子左一块右一块吃着就知道了哈~~~

  • 黄豆520克(辅料)
  • 牛腱子610克
  • 香叶1片
  • 八角2瓣
  • 香葱2根
  • 桂皮3块
  • 生姜4片
  • 香醋少许
  • 味精少许
  • 冰糖1小把
  • 食盐5小勺

Steps to make 黄豆卤牛肉

  • 1.备好食材
  • 2.黄豆提前浸泡一夜
  • 3.牛肉浸泡半小时后再洗净
  • 4.冷水入锅焯沸后再洗净沥干
  • 5.将黄豆、牛肉、葱姜、八角调料等放入锅中,接着倒入香醋、料酒和老抽
  • 6.再放一把老冰糖
  • 7.加入5小勺食盐
  • 8.最后倒入适量清水
  • 9.放入电压力锅中启动:牛/羊肉 档
  • 10.时间到机器发出提示音
  • 11.打开上盖撒少许味精,重新合盖闷至一夜入味
  • 12.食用前取出牛肉切片装盘即可
