本是一家亲—红乳酱豆腐
这红腐乳本来就是豆腐做的,它与豆腐本来就是出自一家。自从上次用红腐乳做了小土豆大受家人喜欢后,我又举一反三,用它做了我家小朋友最爱吃的豆腐,做出的后的口感,超乎想象的好。煎的焦焦的豆腐壳,配上红腐乳的鲜香,咬到嘴里,外皮若韧,内里软中带有少许汤汁,美哉哉啊,小朋友只让我和他爸尝了两块就端一旁独享了,气得他爸在一旁直翻白眼,说孩子吃独食的毛病坚决不能再惯了,哈哈,下次,多做点不就成了嘛,至于嘛,不到两元的豆腐

    Steps to make 红乳酱豆腐

    • 1.豆腐切成方丁。
    • 2.锅中放适量油烧热,放入豆腐。
    • 3.煎至至各面焦黄起壳。
    • 4.红腐乳用勺压碎。
    • 5.加入适量红腐乳汁、少许糖和适量水。
    • 6.将调好的碗汁倒入锅中。
    • 7.大火烧开。
    • 8.加入适量红烧酱油转中火慢慢收汁。
    • 9.红汁快收尽时,加入少许芝麻油。
    • 10.关火后撒葱花点缀即可。
