原味冰淇淋
我今天分享的冰淇淋做法是使用冰淇淋机版本,没有香草荚可以不加,就直接制作纯奶味儿的就很好吃了,配方甜度适中,用料简单,喜欢可以试一下,入口醇厚,特别好吃。

  • 蛋黄1个

Steps to make 原味冰淇淋

  • 1.1.准备好全部食材以及一台冰淇淋机,全脂牛奶放入奶锅中,准备淡奶油,鸡蛋黄个砂糖放入盆中。
  • 2.2.蛋黄和砂糖用蛋抽手动快速搅拌,搅拌至颜色变浅,顺滑状态备用。
  • 3.3.全脂牛奶中小火加热至奶锅边缘起小泡泡即可关火。
  • 4.4.将牛奶趁热倒入打好的蛋黄中,边倒入边快速搅拌,少量慢速倒入,以免把鸡蛋烫成蛋花汤。
  • 5.5.然后重新倒回奶锅中,中小火加热,并用刮刀不停搅拌,至液体变得浓稠。
  • 6.6.状态如图,刮刀划过的地方,两边的液体不会全部流回来这样就可以了。
  • 7.7.倒出晾凉,加入淡奶油,搅拌均匀,冰淇淋液就做好了。
  • 8.8.做好的冰淇淋液倒入冰淇淋机中,按照自己的口味选择醇厚还是绵软,盖好盖子等待即可。
  • 9.9.我选择的是醇厚口味,做好啦,吃不完放进冰淇淋盒子里冻起来,想吃的时候随时能吃。
  • 10.10.看来挖冰淇淋球还需要练习呀,淋一点果酱或者巧克力液应该也很搭配吧,不过就这样吃也特别好吃。
