用心做一份早餐~~~三明治
昨天晚上烤的南瓜吐司,今早正好给家人做三明治当早餐。早晨起床只需要煎个鸡蛋,切下蔬菜,简单营养又美味的早餐三五分钟就能搞定。外加一杯热牛奶,分分钟就能干掉一块三明治。南瓜真是个好食材,可惜家里的小朋友不爱吃,几乎是不动筷子的,将其放在吐司里却能欣然接受。南瓜添加到吐司里不但色泽漂亮,保湿功能还很强,做出的吐司细腻,柔软。

  • 5.在生菜上放上一片西红柿。
  • 6.盖上一片吐司,在第二篇吐司上放入煎好的鸡蛋。
  • 7.鸡蛋上放一片火腿肠。
  • 8.最后再盖上一片吐司,完成。对角斜切一刀。
