    • 1.食材,蒸熟的红薯。
    • 2.蒸熟的红薯趁热压成泥,加入糯米粉。
    • 3.搅匀。
    • 4.下手揉成团。
    • 5.做成丸子,大小其实无所谓,自已吃(有大有小才是纯手工)。
    • 6.小锅加入纯净水,煮开后下入红薯丸子,加一块红糖。
    • 7.等红薯丸子煮漂浮起来再加入酒酿,再次煮开即可(酒酿不宜多煮,多煮会酸)。
