    Steps to make 虫草花蒸排骨鸡

    • 1.准备好虫草花 姜丝 蒜末。
    • 2.将排骨 鸡腿剁块 洗干净,用清水泡一下,拧干水分再放入盐 生姜 蒜末 胡椒粉 生抽 老抽 蚝油抓拌均匀,腌制十分钟左右 。
    • 3.再放入生粉继续拌匀。
    • 4.放入虫草花 再放点油搅拌均匀(锁住水份)。
    • 5.将腌好的肉装盘,上锅蒸20分钟左右(上面还可以放点枸杞 红枣)。
    • 6.出锅。
