【不用照烧汁也能做照烧美味】照烧鸡腿
喜欢美食的朋友大概知道,看见美食图片就能想象得到它的色香味。当一段时间,照烧风靡的时候,于是我也跟风了~~~
话说做照烧鸡腿还是蛮简单的~~煎鸡腿也不用放油,煎至七八成熟,就倒入调好的照烧汁即可~~~~简单吧,O(∩_∩)O哈哈~ ~~~

  • 鸡腿3个
  • 西兰花0.5个
  • 1小勺
  • 料酒1.5小勺
  • 白胡椒粉1小勺
  • 红烧酱油4小勺
  • 1小勺

Steps to make 【不用照烧汁也能做照烧美味】照烧鸡腿

  • 1.备好食材:鸡腿,六月鲜红烧酱油;
  • 2.鸡腿洗净,用剪刀给鸡腿去骨,然后再鸡腿内侧横向切两刀,不用切断,切断筋即可;
  • 3.鸡腿调入适量盐,料酒,白胡椒粉,混合均匀后腌制二十分钟;
  • 4.取一个碗,调入适量六月鲜红烧酱油,糖,料酒,水;
  • 5.炒锅烧热,不放油;
  • 6.放入鸡腿下锅煎,鸡皮朝下;
  • 7.鸡皮煎变色后,翻面,继续煎;
  • 8.鸡腿煎至七八成熟时,倒入第4步调好的料汁;
  • 9.大火烧开后,小火收汁;
  • 10.西兰花洗净,调入适量盐,植物油焯水后,摆盘,将鸡腿放进盘里即可。
