火龙果酸奶
经常喝酸奶不仅能促进消化液的分泌,增加胃酸,促进食欲、帮助消化,还能抑制肠道腐败菌的生长,有益肠道健康。但是酸奶切记不要空腹喝,因空腹时饮用酸奶,乳酸菌易被杀死,保健作用减弱。

Steps to make 火龙果酸奶

  • 1.酸奶发酵桶用开水烫1分钟左右,然后控干水分,把酸奶发酵剂放进去,用少量的白开水化开
  • 2.牛奶隔温水泡热,大概40度左右,滴在手背上不觉得烫就可以,然后冲入温好的牛奶,搅拌均匀
  • 3.把酸奶发酵桶放进酸奶机,盖上盖子接通电源,发酵8小时左右(我的是一个晚上)
  • 4.一晚过后,切段电源,酸奶已经凝固成豆腐脑一样,取出酸奶发酵桶放进冰箱冷藏3个小时即可(如果想喝原味酸奶,直接加糖或者蜂蜜就可以)
  • 5.红色火龙果去皮切定,然后放在碗里加蜂蜜,压碎成果泥
  • 6.酸奶从冰箱取出,倒杯子里,把压碎的蜂蜜果泥倒进去,搅拌均匀即成火龙果大果粒酸奶(也可以不捣碎,直接大颗粒放进去)。
  • 7.装饰几块火龙果就好啦
