  • 1. 准备好全部材料;
  • 2.荷兰豆洗净去老梗,土豆去皮切块,玉米去皮洗净。蘑菇等等也处理好;
  • 3.牛排自然解冻,表面抹上少许盐,放在厨房用纸上,室温静置备用;
  • 4.做一锅清水,水开后加少许盐,将荷兰豆汆水;
  • 5.捞出汆好水的荷兰豆,放在事先准备好的冷水中,过冷河;
  • 6.同样的方法,处理好土豆,玉米等等配菜;
  • 7.排一直静置到没有血水渗出,用厨房用纸沾擦表面,厨房用纸也非常干净;
  • 8.用蒜片在牛排表面稍稍用力的擦一下;
  • 9.烤箱提前预热160度。将准备盛放牛排的盘子放在烤箱中加热。铸铁锅大火加热,不用放油。烧至冒烟后,放入牛排;
  • 10.一面煎大约30秒~1分钟,将牛排翻面;
  • 11.两面都煎好后,用筷子夹住牛排,将边缘有肥油的地方也煎一下;
  • 12.将煎好的牛排放入预热好的盘子中,放在烤箱中继续烤6~8分钟;
  • 13.蘑菇切片,蒜去皮切片,洋葱切丝;
  • 14. 锅内留底油。如果刚才煎牛排渗出的油多,可以倒出来一部分。先加入蒜片和洋葱,小火翻炒。炒至香味传出,颜色透明,转大火,加入荷兰豆,蘑菇,土豆块;
  • 15. 稍稍翻炒,加入盐;
  • 16.加入现磨黑胡椒;
  • 17. 起锅,将配菜盛入刚才放牛排的盘中,再根据个人喜好,撒上现磨黑胡椒,就可以吃了。
