Steps to make 牛奶粥

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.砂锅水烧开后将淘洗好的糯米放进去中小火煮。
  • 3.小碗里加少许水,盐和面粉将红枣放进去清洗。
  • 4.清洗干净的红枣一分为四切成条。
  • 5.糯米煮到20分钟后将红枣放进去继续小火煮。
  • 6.煮到水分变少时将牛奶放进去用勺子不停的搅动煮开。
  • 7.将清洗好的枸杞放进去再煮5分钟。
  • 8.关火。
  • 9.一碗浓浓伴有奶香味的糯米牛奶粥满足了早餐所有的营养。
