另类的清香【鲜族小菜苏子叶】
总是有许多以前做过的,又被冷落在一边的菜菜。就像这个小腌菜,是新鲜苏子叶刚下来时做的。感觉拍的照片效果不太好,颜色太深,看不出叶子的细节。也不知道怎么拍才好看,就胡乱的按了几张。这种特别的味道不是每个人都能接受,但我挺喜欢的。特别是嚼在口中,那种别样的香气一下子全都跑了出来。市场有卖的,一叠2块钱30片左右,多是自己家种的,摘来卖,没有专门当菜卖的。卖咸菜的地方有这个,不过很贵的,8-10块一斤的样子,不过好久没买过了,不知道涨没涨。自己试着做点,尝尝个新鲜,味道不错滴哦!

    苏子叶,全草入药,其功效有解表散寒、抑菌解毒、镇咳化痰、理气安胎之功效。苏叶具有特异芳香,可解鱼虾蟹毒。国内外广泛用作香味调料、色素、保健饮料。苏子出油率很高,苏子油具有降低胆固醇、调节血脂、减肥功效。紫苏因食疗防病保健作用很强,正日益受到消费者青睐
        苏子的作用:具有使人有饱食感,有利于减肥。进食后可刺激胃肠道,可防治便秘、痔疮等疾病。

  • 1.苏子叶洗净。
  • 2.蒸锅水烧开, 分三份叠放,盖盖。
  • 3.变色变软后关火,马上开盖。
  • 4.将蒜泥,盐,辣椒粉,糖各取适量加入酱油调均匀。
  • 5.取一片苏子叶放入盘中,用刷子沾酱汁刷一层,再放第二张,再刷一层,如此重复。
  • 6.最后将剩下的酱汁全部浇在苏子叶上,腌上几小时,入味后就可以吃了。
