Steps to make 捞汁海鲜

  • 1.准备:大虾,花螺,白贝,鲍鱼。
  • 2.蒜头,香菜,小米辣,小青柠,黄柠檬。
  • 3.把配料切好放入长盘里。
  • 4.调入生抽,蚝油,白糖,香醋,香油拌均匀捞汁就调好了。
  • 5.锅里放水烧开放入姜片,先放入大虾,鲍鱼烫熟。
  • 6.再放入白贝,花螺烫熟,白贝一开即可捞出来,花螺稍微煮多一两分钟。
  • 7.把大虾去头去壳,白内去掉一半壳要有肉的一半即可方便吃。
  • 8.将食材全部放入调好的捞汁中翻拌均匀入味即可品尝。
