Steps to make 芒果酸奶慕斯

  • 1.奥利奥碎捣碎
  • 2.黄油隔水融化
  • 3.黄油加入奥利奥拌匀 铺在6寸蛋糕模底部压实 放入冷冻室
  • 4.芒果削肉200克
  • 5.芒果肉加酸奶打成泥
  • 6.鱼胶片泡软
  • 7.取3片泡好的鱼胶片隔水融化
  • 8.融化好的鱼胶加入打好的芒果泥,拌匀
  • 9.淡奶油打发加入拌好得芒果泥拌匀
  • 10.倒入冻好奥利奥的蛋糕模 (一般拌好奶油就冻的差不多了)
  • 11.用力墩几下蛋糕模 震碎气泡 放入冰箱冷冻一个小时 不想做镜面可以淋些巧克力酱 沟出花纹
  • 12.多的淡奶油可以装杯子做个慕斯杯
  • 13.1片鱼胶融化加入150毫升芒果果汁搅拌均匀
  • 14.芒果汁倒入蛋糕模冰箱冷藏6小时以上
  • 15.切些芒果丁装饰
