Steps to make 珍珠丸子

  • 1.制作珍珠丸子的材料。
  • 2.糯米先用水淘洗干净,然后浸泡1小时。
  • 3.大葱切碎剁成葱末备用。
  • 4.生姜切碎剁成细末备用。
  • 5.猪肉剁成肉泥备用。
  • 6.把剁好的肉泥加上水、葱姜末、鸡蛋、精盐、淀粉、白胡椒粉、香油。
  • 7.把肉馅和所有调料朝一个方向搅动。
  • 8.直到肉馅起劲,搅拌好的肉馅静置一会儿。
  • 9.把泡好的糯米用漏网控干水份备用。
  • 10.取一个盘子,把切好的胡萝卜片垫到盘子底部。
  • 11.取适量的肉馅,搓成圆球形状。
  • 12.把搓好的圆球放到泡好的糯米中。
  • 13.让肉圆均匀的裹上糯米。
  • 14.裹好糯米的肉圆放到盘子中。
  • 15.直到所有的丸子做好,放到锅中蒸制,大火水烧开后,改小火蒸制15~20分钟即可,根据丸子的大小来确定蒸制的时间。
