照烧酱烤排骨
第一次做烤排骨,做出这样的成品,我是相当满意呢,相对于烤牛肉来说,烤排骨更容易些也比较让人有成就感。我这次用的是COOK100日式照烧酱,浓浓的酱香很让人回味。

  • 日式照烧酱50克
  • 一段
  • 两片
  • 三瓣
  • 料酒一大勺

Steps to make 照烧酱烤排骨

  • 1.将排骨洗净并拭干备用
  • 2.准备酱料所需材料
  • 3.全部酱料的材料倒入碗中
  • 4.排骨与酱料混合后盖盖儿放冰箱内冷藏2天
  • 5.腌好的排骨包上再刷一层照烧酱
  • 6.分别包上锡纸,放入预热好的烤箱180度烤30分钟
  • 7.取出并打开锡纸再刷一层照烧酱,温度调至220度烤7分钟
  • 8.取出装盘,可以品尝了
