Steps to make 用自发豆芽炒细面

  • 1.绿豆提前浸泡一晚上
  • 2.绿豆洗净后放入豆芽机中,注意不要铺的太厚,通电
  • 3.经过三天后,豆芽已经长成,根据自己的喜好,如果喜欢长点的豆芽,就时间长点,喜欢短一些的豆芽,时间就短点
  • 4.备好食材
  • 5.红萝卜,辣椒,葱切好
  • 6.锅里入油
  • 7.除细面外,放入其他食材爆炒30秒
  • 8.放入细面
  • 9.翻炒均匀后,放入酱油继续翻炒
  • 10.最后加盐
