桑葚酱毛毛虫面包
最近一直有空了就去摘桑葚,做了不少的桑葚酱,用桑葚酱做面包真的很好吃哦。。。。毛毛虫第一次做,样子不太好,但是味道很不错的,还是用的冰箱冷藏法,面包老化慢,口感也很不错,让我诧异的是一样的相机竟然拍出了不一样的颜色,相机都没了还没摸透相机的功能,哎,太不爱学习了,呵呵。。。。。。。。。上面包。。。。

  • 面粉350克
  • 奶粉10克
  • 鸡蛋一个
  • 180克,,
  • 白糖50克
  • 2克
  • 黄油30克

Steps to make 桑葚酱毛毛虫面包

  • 1.面包机桶里先放入液体,再放面粉,最后放入发酵粉。
  • 2.揉成团后加入黄油。
  • 3.揉成手套膜,发酵。
  • 4.发酵好后放入冰箱冷藏10小时左右。
  • 5.拿出发酵好的面团揪成匀等的小剂子。
  • 6.擀成长形,在一边抹上桑葚酱。
  • 7.另一边用到划成宽窄一样的条。
  • 8.用手卷起有桑葚酱的一边。
  • 9.另一边用手一条一条的拉过去。
  • 10.做好以后放到铺了油纸的烤盘上。
  • 11.二次发酵成两倍大,刷上蛋液,用2粒黑芝麻给毛毛虫装上眼睛即可。
  • 12.放到烤箱里180度25分钟。成金黄色即可。
  • 13.晾凉即可装袋保存。
