一杯子装满蓝莓的香甜
这款海绵纸杯蛋糕,很适合做裱花用,既能承受住重量也不会太扎实,口感很不错,是我非常喜好用的一款。简单装饰上奶油和蓝莓,瞬间美美哒。

  • 牛奶38g
  • 淡奶油100g
  • 蓝莓酱40g

Steps to make 一杯子装满蓝莓的香甜

  • 1.打发淡奶油要低速,搅拌速度太快容易打发过头,天气热的话,要垫一盆冰水在下面才打发。
  • 2.黄油、牛奶放入小碗,隔水融化(也可以放微波炉加热) 。
  • 3.蛋清打至粗泡变白,加入1/3糖,继续高速打发。
  • 4.剩下的糖分两次加入,打发至干性发泡,提起打蛋器,呈一个小尖角。
  • 5.加入蛋黄,用刮刀翻拌几下至均匀。
  • 6.筛入面粉,继续用刮刀从底到上翻拌均匀。
  • 7.把面糊舀入模具里,八九分满即可,不要强求也不要浪费,多余的面糊我用了两个纸杯装。
  • 8.烤箱选择热风焙烤模式,设置170℃,把模具放在烤架上,置入烤箱中层,烤22分钟左右即可。烤好立刻取出,放在晾架上晾凉。
  • 9.淡奶油、蓝莓酱低速打发后装入裱花袋,剪个小口挤在冷却的蛋糕上,再装饰上几颗蓝莓即可。
