  • 1.将青菜头洗净晾干,晾到蔫没有水分
  • 2.再切成条状后放在竹篾晒一天
  • 3.晒好后收起(水分又少了一些)
  • 4.锅中不放油,把晒好的青菜条放进去干炒(为了再去掉一些水分
  • 5.炒时放一些盐入味
  • 6.趁热放进密封的容器里(保鲜袋也行)放置半天或一天(更冲一些)
  • 7.取出,一股冲味迎面扑来
  • 8.取出,拌上花椒粉,辣椒油,白糖,香油就可以吃了
  • 9.当时吃不完,可以放进老干妈酱的瓶子里密封保存(可保存两周)
