Steps to make 客家小炒

  • 1.五香豆干切条。
  • 2.葱切段,蒜切块。
  • 3.小芹菜切段。
  • 4.干红辣椒。
  • 5.少量豆豉。
  • 6.五花肉切片。
  • 7.将上面材料准备好后,锅里放油,将辣椒,豆干与肉先下锅炒,先大火后小火,等到肉颜色变深,再加其它材料。
  • 8.豆干爆香,肉的颜色转黄后可以加大蒜头与芹菜,还有豆豉,注意哦,盐要少放点,因为豆豉有盐,然后放点老抽上色,不需要放生抽,因为生抽咸.等到全熟后再把蒜苗放进去,因为蒜苗比较容易熟,后放菜的颜色好看。
