杂蔬培根奶酪卷

  • 高筋粉250克
  • 酵母3克
  • 3克
  • 细砂糖40克
  • 蛋液25克
  • 牛奶130克
  • 黄油25克
  • 馅料:杂蔬粒100克
  • 马苏里拉奶酪50克
  • 培根80克

Steps to make 杂蔬培根奶酪卷

  • 1.将除黄油以外的其他材料放在一起,揉至面团表面光滑后,加入软化的黄油揉至扩展阶段,放入盆中,盖保鲜膜放在温暖处发酵。
  • 2.制作馅料:培根切指甲盖大小的片,放入锅中炒干水分。
  • 3.加入杂蔬粒和和胡椒粉拌匀即可。
  • 4.面团发酵好后,将面团取出排气,揉圆后松弛15分钟。
  • 5.将松弛好的面团慢慢擀成长方形,将一边压薄。
  • 6.将馅料均匀地铺在面皮上,用勺子压一压。
  • 7.撒上马苏里拉奶酪。
  • 8.卷起,等分成8份。
  • 9.排入烤盘。(如果是非不沾烤盘,记得要刷油)
  • 10.放在温暖处进行最后发酵,发酵结束后,在面团表面刷蛋液,然后按“Z”字挤上适量沙拉酱。
  • 11.放入烤箱,180度,上下火,中下层,烤25分钟左右。
