Steps to make 白芍菜心

  • 1.准备食材,菜心洗干净用盐水浸泡十分钟。
  • 2.大蒜剥皮洗净切末备用。
  • 3.调料汁:蚝油1勺,生抽2勺,清水半碗,搅拌均匀备用,(我没有用盐,蚝油和生抽都是咸的)。
  • 4.锅中烧水,水开后放少许盐和油,把菜心焯水一分钟。
  • 5.把菜心捞出控干水分摆盘。
  • 6.锅中倒油,油温六成热小火爆香大蒜末。
  • 7.把调好的料汁倒进去烧开浇在菜心上。
  • 8.成品图。
