西瓜蛋糕
传说中的西瓜蛋糕也不是很难,只是可怜我家里可塑之才太少了,能用的都用上了还是没发做出一个完整的西瓜,暂时就这样吧!西瓜长得有点丑,不过歪瓜裂枣才好吃

  • 樱桃100g
  • 红心火龙果200g
  • 鲜奶油60g
  • 白糖50g
  • 鱼胶片20g
  • 鸡蛋3个
  • 低粉45g
  • 猕猴桃果奶30g
  • 玉米油35g
  • 奶油奶酪150g
  • 白糖20g
  • 酸奶20g

Steps to make 西瓜蛋糕

  • 1.食材图
  • 2.火龙果,樱桃加白糖打成汁,倒进不沾锅里熬成浓稠的果酱 后加入泡软的鱼胶片
  • 3.鲜奶油打发
  • 4.打发好的鲜奶油加入到果酱里拌匀
  • 5.倒入一个容器中冷冻定型
  • 6.猕猴桃,青菜叶分别加点水榨成汁
  • 7.果汁,油, 糖10克搅匀
  • 8.加入蛋黄搅匀
  • 9.加入低粉拌匀
  • 10.蛋清加糖打发成拉出有点小勾的蛋白霜
  • 11.蛋白霜加入到蛋黄糊里翻拌均匀
  • 12.分出少量蛋糕糊加点蔬菜汁
  • 13.把绿色的面糊挤在烤盘上,挤成条形放烤箱180度烤3分钟
  • 14.绿色的面糊条烤好取出倒上浅色的面糊,放烤箱170度10分钟
  • 15.烤好撕去烤纸(绿色调得太稀啦!)
  • 16.奶油奶酪加糖打至顺滑
  • 17.加入酸奶搅匀
  • 18.把奶酪糊涂在蛋糕片上
  • 19.把西瓜瓤用磨具切出摆在奶酪糊上面,白色多余的部位切掉
  • 20.卷好冷藏1小时切块
  • 21.成品撒了点熟黑芝麻
